A BIG THANK-YOU to our classmates:

The committee is extremely grateful that so many came with open hearts to embrace their past and their classmates.  It's heartwarming to plan events that are met with such enthusiasm and gratitude.  The number who attended each event was overwhelming and more than we expected.  We had hoped for 200 at the Saturday banquet and actually had 257 there.

Special mention is deserved by those classmates traveling from great distances to join us. You really helped make our celebration memorable.

We hope you will carry fond memories with you of Friday night, the Saturday tour of MHS, the Saturday banquet, and the lovely brunch where the weather finally cooperated.

Note from Vicki about Rock Island HS Class of '59 50th Reunion: Some of you may be interested in seeing my web pages and photos from my own 50th Reunion. Even though I graduated from Rocky, you may see some Q-C friends, relatives and even some duplications of names in our class, such as Terry Skaggs, Roscoe Hocker, and others who attended both RI and Moline Schools.
